Ten Teaching Points for Prezi

1. Use layering. It's a great feature for organizing, and keeping interest

2. Use as a tool to familiarize parents with the ins and outs of the classroom

3. Use as a literacy center in early grades (create prezis to illustrate nursery rhymes, or children's songs, and allow children to go through the slides and read along)

4. Use as a tool to illustrate difficult concepts. Students can go through slide, by slide, and even go back if they need to

5. Feature Students of The Week with their own personalized slideshow

6. Allow students to work with prezi to present to the class

7. Prezi allows multiple people to work on one project, even from different locations--great for group work

8. It would be nice if you could create different paths through the prezi, so you could give an overview, or detailed view

9. It is awesome that you can add video, audio, and pictures

10. I wish it had a clip art function built in, like Word, but pre-lisenced pictures are available on the prezi site
